Step-by-Step Guide to Vehicle Registration Transfer

Step 1: Prepare Documents

  • Original vehicle registration certificate.
  • Household registration book/Temporary residence certificate/KT3 (certified copy) of the vehicle owner.
  • ID card/Citizen identity card (certified copy) of the vehicle owner.

Step 2: Submit Documents to the Registration Authority

Bring the vehicle and documents to the Traffic Police Department (PC08) in the province/city where the vehicle is currently registered.
