“The sun was scorching that day. I was cruising in my Hyundai HD99 on Nguyen Trai Street, passing through Thanh Xuan District, hoping to finish my delivery before lunch break. But as soon as I reached the Khuat Duy Tien – Nguyen Trai intersection, a traffic officer pulled me over. Turns out, I’d completely forgotten about the truck restriction hours. I ended up with a hefty fine, my truck impounded, and a missed delivery deadline. From that day on, I’ve been extremely careful and always mindful of Hanoi’s truck restriction hours.” – Tuan, a seasoned truck driver in Hanoi, shared.

Tuan’s story serves as a cautionary tale for truck drivers navigating the bustling streets of major cities like Hanoi.
